Unitrade
Unitrade is one of the largest personal electronics store chains. The company is will known among buyers on the Ukrainian market for its spotless reputation during the entire period of its activity.
The first retail point of the company was opened in 1996 (a department in the Oktiabrsky Dvorets), and its own first separate store was opened in 1998. This store opening marked the beginning of the development of a new format for the Ukrainian market – an exhibition shop of mobile and computer technology that was best adjusted to fully satisfy clients’ needs.
The Unitrade stores’ product portfolio consists of mobile phones, smart phones, communicators and accessories, portable computer technology and accessories, digital photo and video cameras, personal computers and peripherals, MP3, DECT, telephones, fax machines, and LCD televisions from the world’s leading manufacturers.
The year 2001 was marked by the opening of the first Unitrade store in Dnipropetrovsk, which began development of a regional retail chain.
Today Unitrade exhibition shops can be seen in such Ukrainian cities as Kyiv, Kharkiv, Luhansk, Donetsk, Mariupol, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhya, Odesa, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Simferopol, Sevastopol, Cherkasy, Mykolayiv, Berdiansk, Rivne, and Poltava. Overall, 30 Unitrade stores operate on the territory of Ukraine.
It became the company’s good tradition to constantly open new lines of activity and comply with the highest operational standards. For regular customers there is the Unitrade Club loyalty program. For example, when a customer makes a purchase for an amount equivalent to $500, they become a participant of the Unitrade Club discount program and receive the first-level card that grants them the right to a discount when making purchases at Unitrade stores. The Unitrade Club card is a starting point on the customer’s way to receiving additional exclusive services and special offers in Unitrade company exhibition shops. Unitrade also issues the "Unitrade Club" magazine where customers can always find information about new products available in the chain and their technical features, special offers and actions.
