B-zone
B.zone (Business Zone) started as a series of training classes for Unitrade Group, which later served as the basis for the Corporate University project. Painstaking work on this project continued for a year or so. In the meantime, a team of like-minded people was formed. Over that time, projects were implemented in the area of development and administration of training classes and workshops in corporate culture, sales skill, and team formation. The projects are still underway. More than 1,500 people have already been trained under these programs, and the number keeps growing. B.zone has unique expertise in the administration of training projects and programs for retail companies.
B.zone provides the following services:
advice in the field of staff training and management;
development, organization and implementation of corporate projects, training courses and seminars:
- training of specialists working directly with clients;
- development of servicing standards tailored to the specific business of a given company;
- implementation of corporate standards;
