In June 2007 the Unitrade Group holding brought its structure to compliance with the international standards. Changes took place within the corporate structure: The Unitrade Group Holding B.V. management company was established, which, in its turn, holds corporate rights of all legal entities comprised within the holding’s structure.Similar steps were made by the holding with a view to adapt the business in line with the international standards, which implies changes to the legal structure, financial accounting system, and optimization of a number of business processes.
All the procedures were approved by the Antitrust Committee of Ukraine.
