“Kompanyon” Publishing House and research company Masmi have been conducting for some moths a full-scale survey to choose the 10 best top-managers of Ukraine. Experts from different market segments by means of personal interviews and polls named top-managers, who deserve to be included in the list. The survey resulted in the list of 10 factors, which form the image of an ideal and successful top-manager.
Vladimir Kolodyuk for the third time entered the top 10. Among the strengths of the President of AVentures Group  Holding experts name corporate potential, professionalism, managerial potential, strong willpower , business efficiency, innovative potential. Besides, Vladimir is the youngest member on the list.
