APPETITE ARRIVES DURING THE MEAL. AVENTURES GROUP HERALDS DEVELOPMENT PLANS FOR 2006 December 14, 2005, at the restaurant "Lypskiy osobnyak", there was a press conference by Vladimir Kolodyuk, President of AVentures Group. The main theme of the event was the holding company's plans for 2006. Mr. Kolodyuk devoted a great deal of attention to further development prospects for the holding company's retail companies - by the end of next year the total number of retail outlets for AVentures Group will be about 245 stores. Furthermore, the holding company's turnover will for the first time exceed the $1 billion dollar mark, reaching 1.1 billion dollars.

AVENTURES GROUP IS RECOGNIZED AS ONE OF THE MOST DYNAMICALLY DEVELOPING COMPANIES IN UKRAINE According to the results of 2004, AVentures Group was ranked number 21 in the general rating of the Top 100 "Most Dynamic Companies of Ukraine" (Investgazeta). The holding company demonstrated impressive growth rates in turnover - practically by 130%. Thus, by the end of 2004, it was more than UAH 880 million. Moreover, the holding company's profit was UAH 18 million.

AVENTURES GROUP MODERNIZES ITS ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE AVentures Group reports on the organizational changes, which took place in October 2005. In the framework of restructuring retail (the companies "Unitrade", "City.com" and "Pyatachok") and distributor ("Direct Line", "Udicom" и "Service Master") lines of activity of the holding company are prominent. The designated leaders of the groups of companies are Natalya Ukrainskaya (the distribution group) and Igor Poznakhorenko (the retail group).

VLADIMIR KOLODYUK: STRATEGY OF OPENNESS The animated interest of journalists was caused by one of the new lines of business of AVentures Group - the project "Pyatochok". In the words of Vladimir Kolodyuk, the format of this retail chain at present is still being worked out. This is evident even according to the constantly opening stores of the chain, which somewhat differ from one another. Today, there are about 30 outlets operating in Kiev, the western and southern regions, and their number keeps growing. There are plans to open about 500 stores in all throughout Ukraine by the end of 2007.

AVENTURES GROUP CONTINUES TO EMBODY DEVELOPMENT PLANS FOR 2005 In this unusual town, more than 10 thousand names in high-quality IT equipment were displayed on a floor space of about 2.5 thousand square meters. Here, one can get an office or home PC, notebook, computer periphery, or mobile telephone. Also on display was a wide variety of telephony, photograph equipment, TV, audio-visual, and accompanying goods. And all this was for the lowest prices.
