AVentures Group reports on the organizational changes, which took place in October 2005. In the framework of restructuring retail (the companies "Unitrade", "City.com" and "Pyatachok") and distributor ("Direct Line", "Udicom" и "Service Master") lines of activity of the holding company are prominent. The designated leaders of the groups of companies are Natalya Ukrainskaya (the distribution group) and Igor Poznakhorenko (the retail group). Thus, the leadership of the holding company intends to raise the efficiency of the operation and increase the collective retail share of the companies in the conditions of dynamic development and increased competition.

In the words of Vladimir Kolodyuka, President of AVentures Group, this change is dictated by the necessity to consolidate the holding company's efforts along retail lines of activity and fully corresponds to the global strategy of development. He also announced that the holding company will further devote significant attention to the efficiency of management, and as far as the growth of the company is concerned, he intends to re-examine the organizational structure.

Earlier, the holding company's leadership announced its intention to significantly increase the sizes of the retail chains by 2007. The number of salons of IT electronics Unitrade is planned to increase to 100-120 stores, open up to 40 City.com modern electronic hypermarkets and up to 500 "Pyatachok" salons.  

At present, the holding company is comprised of 7 компаний: Direct Line (distribution), Udicom (wholesale direction), Service Master (service company), the retail companies Unitrade, City.com, "Pyatachok") and the commercial real estate management company TRE'n'D (Trade Real Estate and Development). The holding company's total turnover for 2004 was $200 million.
