1998
Opening of the first own Unitrade store (Krasnoarmeyskaya Street) in a format of electronics and portable devices store which was an innovation for that time.
Signing dealer agreements with Kievstar GSM, GOLDEN TELECOM and WELLCOM mobile operators. From this moment the Unitrade stores provide connection to all mobile operators (GSM standard).
Launch of the first action in Ukraine of selling mobile phones at the price of UAH 1. Later, this idea was adopted by all (!) operators of retail market. At this moment, the mobile telephonization boom in Ukraine has begun.
