Resumption of historic name Unitrade Group to the Holding as a result of changes in shareholding structure. Today the Holding shareholders are Vladimir Kolodiuk and Vladimir Dobrovolskiy.
July saw the opening of a representative office of Unitrade Group in China (the city of Shenzhen, Guandong province). One of the functions of the representative office will be to collect and analyze real-time information concerning innovations and trends in the development of the IT market. This information will be useful in planning the assortment of future private labels of the Holding and make it possible to broaden the assortment of products of the Ixtone trade mark.
For more than five years, Unitrade Group Holding has cooperated with electronics manufacturing plants in China, such as TOPWAY Industries, Shing Hing Electronics and Digi-in Technology, in the field of product manufacturing. Today, products of the Ixtone trade mark are widely represented in Ukraine’s largest retail chains specializing in electronics.
