Issue of bonds for the amount of UAH 50mio for the purposes of investing in the development of City.com hypermarket chain in Ukraine. Later the amount of issued bonds has reached UAH 100mio.
Start of the Training Program project, the 18-month training course for future managers. Today 22 graduates of the Training Program work at various positions in the Holding.
The next stage of the Holding reorganization. Creation of a unified supply and logistics department for the retail companies of the Holding (Unitrade, City.com, and melofon). Uniting all service units (finance, marketing, IT, HR, controlling, and legal) for retail and wholesale operations.
