Creating the youth mobile electronics chain melofon. Opening the first store of the chain in Kiev.
Start of a pilot project of a chain of home appliances stores SamoByt. Opening the first store of the chain in Kiev.
The consulting company B.Zone (Business Zone) begins to work. Its first project was the series of trainings which became the basis of the Corporate University project.
The next stage of the Holding reorganization. Establishing the group of retail companies (Unitrade, City.com, melofon, SamoByt) and distribution companies (Direct Line, Udicom, Service Master).
