Personnel Policy at Unitrade Group
The Unitrade Group Holding team is built of young, initiative-taking, energetic, creative professionals who aim for success and professional development. Among the advantages of working at our company are not only respectable material remuneration and a social package, but also the opportunity for professional, career and personal growth, gaining new knowledge, skills and acquirements, interesting experience from work in major projects and creative self-realization.
The basic principles of the Unitrade Group Personnel Policy are spelled out in the Corporate Code of the Holding.
THE VALUE OF PERSONNEL’S LIFE AND HEALTH Principle:
The value of the personnel’s life and health is higher than the value of goods or money.
THE VALUE OF POTENTIAL Principle:
In our business, we build relations with our personnel in a way that encourages the development of their creative potential.
DELEGATION Principle:
Setting objectives for an employee is always accompanied by an equivalent delegation of authority and responsibility.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES Principle:
Each organization department at Unitrade Group grants the same equal rights to employees.
COLLABORATION (PARTNERSHIP) Principle:
Each organization department bases its activity on the common interests and goals of Unitrade Group.
INNOVATION Principle:
Unitrade Group has a unique approach to task resolution.
CAREER GROWTH Principle:
When there is a vacant position, we consider external candidates as well as internal. Prior to hiring a specialist from the external labor market, internal competitions are held among Unitrade Group employees. All other conditions being equal, internal Unitrade Group candidates are always preferred.
Principle of TRUST:
Relationships between Unitrade Group Holding employees are built on mutual trust, honesty and decency. At the same time, we declare that THEFT and BETRAYAL are strongly unacceptable in our team. Any action taken with the intent of appropriating material property and benefits belonging to Unitrade Group or its employees, including malversation (for example, the right to administer the budget) with the intent of gaining personal benefit (for example, receiving a so-called “OTKAT” (KICKBACK) in money, or in another form) are regarded as THEFT.
BETRAYAL means the disclosure of confidential information to third persons or the distribution of information that taints the reputation and impairs the goodwill of Unitrade Group or its employees.
